Dr. Wayne Case
Wayne Case is a rare South Florida native who was born, raised, and educated in Dade County, Florida. He is married and has three grown children. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1971 and proceeded to do his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Physician Specialists and also the American Board of Quality Assurance. His practice first opened in 1971 and has been open continuously since.

Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz
Cheryl Case-Diaz was born and raised in our South Florida community. She is currently married and has two children. She attended undergraduate school at Vanderbilt University. She then trained at the University of Miami for medical school and residency. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and voluntary faculty at both the University of Miami School of Medicine and Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She joined the Family Medical Centre in 2004.

Dr. Olga Perez
Olga Perez, M.D. was born in Cuba. She attended medical school at Universidad Central del Este in Dominican Republic. She then continued her residency training in Family Medicine at Tulane Medical School/East Jefferson General Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is board certified by the American Academy of Family Medicine. She hold the position of Voluntary Faculty at University of Miami School of Medicine. She is currently married with 2 daughters. She joined our practice in 2014 and is currently affiliated with Memorial Miramar. Her hobbies include tennis. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Mr. Arturo F Lopez PA-C
Mr. Arturo F. Lopez was born and raised in Havana, Cuba and relocated to the US. Mr. Lopez attended the Physician Assistant Program at Miami Dade College and graduated with Highest Honors, which earned him a membership in the Phi Zeta Kappa Society (International Honor Society). He is board certiﬁed by the National Commission on Certiﬁcation of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and Licensed to Practice in the State of Florida.
Among his many clinical rotations, Mr . Lopez trained in General Surgery and Gynecology at Mercy Hospital, Internal Medicine at Baptist Hospital, and Advanced Cardiology at University of Miami. Mr. Arturo Lopez believes that every patient deserves his undivided attention and strives for quality healthcare service on a daily basis. He continuously advocates that the needs of his patients are of essential importance and employs his professional passion to solve them. He joined the Family Medical Center in 2011.

Dina Garabedian PA-C
Dina Garabedian is originally from Boston, MA. She moved to Miami almost ten years ago to be closer to her family.
She earned her undergraduate degree at the New School for Social Research in New York City and studied pre-medical science at UMASS Boston and Miami Dade College. Dina is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), as certified by The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Her rotations included gynecology at Mt. Sinai Hospital, infectious diseases at South Miami Hospital, and cardiology with Cardiology Consultants of South Florida. She also trained with the Chief of General Surgery at Baptist Hospital and received training from Jackson Memorial Hospital in emergency medicine.
Her passions are making sure her patients get the individual attention they deserve and educating the public about preventive medicine.

Michael Paritzky PA
Prior to joining the Family Medical Centre this past April as one of our physician assistants, Michael J. Raritzky was a podiatric surgeon having practiced for 20 years in the Miami Lakes – Hialeah area of Miami. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Michael graduated with a BA degree from Yeshiva university in New York having majored in pre-med. He then went to the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California where after four years of schooling he received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He remained in the bay area completing a two year vigorous surgical residency in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
He came to Miami Lakes in 1980 where he established his podiatric practice. Board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons, he was asked to chair the department of podiatric surgery at Palmetto General Hospital in 1987; a position he held until 1999. His desire to learn and expand his horizons led him to return to school to become a physician assistant. After returning to school full time for three years, Michael recently graduated from the Miami Dade Physician Assistant’s Medical Program in july of 2011. Michael is married to his better half Margaret for 37 years and have four wonderful married children who have blessed them with 15 beautiful grandchildren.
