Bio: Cheryl Case-Diaz was born and raised in our South Florida community. She is currently married and has two children. She attended undergraduate school at Vanderbilt University. She then trained at the University of Miami for medical school and residency. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She joined the Family Medical Centre in 2004.
